Basic Life Support (BLS)

MedCare Ambulance BLS units are staffed by two basic emergency medical technicians who can perform basic airway management, monitor simple, non-medicated IV solutions, and are equipped with both a monitor and automated external defibrillator (AED). BLS units are utilized for the basic medical transportation of stabilized patients.
